		<p data-start="1816" data-end="2051">Ab sofort steht ein neuer 12-Wochen-Trainingsplan für den Haspa Marathon Hamburg 2026 bereit. Entwickelt von Diplom-Sportwissenschaftlerin und ASICS FrontRunner Laura, begleitet er euch durch die Wochen bis zum Marathon am 26. April. Der Plan eignet sich für alle, die regelmäßig laufen und sich gezielt vorbereiten möchten. Er kombiniert unterschiedliche Trainingsformen wie Ausdauer- und Tempoläufe, enthält Regenerationsphasen und gibt Tipps zu Verletzungsprävention und Ernährung.</p>

		<p>Gemeinsam mit unseren Lauflotsen des Haspa Marathon Hamburg starten wir ab Donnerstag, den 04. Juli 2024, einen wöchentlichen We Run Hamburg &#8211; Community Run! Der Spaß am Laufen und der persönliche Austausch stehen dabei im Vordergrund. Außerdem könnt ihr euch so wertvolle Tipps von unseren Lauflotsen einholen und euch gemeinsam auf die kommenden MHV-Events vorbereiten: vom Blankeneser Heldenlauf über den Köhlbrandbrückenlauf bis hin zum Marathon. Egal, welche Pace du läufst, niemand wird allein gelassen!</p>
