Marathon Hamburg Expo 2025

The Marathon Hamburg Expo is the attractive stage for topics and products related to running. Here, up to 80 exhibitors offer high-quality news from the endurance sports, nutrition and outdoor industries and more than 30,000 participants and visitors meet to exchange ideas, talk, shop and get in the mood for their sporting competition on Sunday.

Information for exhibitors

The Marathon Hamburg Expo traditionally kicks off the event weekend. In addition to the distribution of starting documents, around 80 exhibitors will present innovative products and services from the fields of running, endurance, sports equipment, nutrition, health and running tourism in Hall A3 of the Hamburg Messe on Friday (25 April) and Saturday (26 April).
Admission to the fair is free.

A high-quality and appealing event atmosphere is important to us in all areas. Therefore, it is mandatory that every stand has a back wall.

Booth Fee

Basic fee: 100,-€

Stand space
Row stand: 100,-€/m²
Corner stand (min. 12m²): 110,-€/m²
Head stand (min. 25m²): 120,-€/m²
Island stand (min. 50m²): 125,-€/m²

Prices do not include partition walls, electricity, flooring, etc.

Each stand needs a back wall (spider or several rollups are also possible). The material can either be brought by the exhibitor or booked through Hamburg Messe.

Disposal/Cleaning
Exhibition stands up to 25m²: 50,-€
Exhibition stands up to 50m²: 70,-€
Exhibition stands over 50m²: 90,-€

External Service

Services such as electrical installations, parking tickets, partition walls, stand carpeting, stand structures, etc. can be booked through Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH after approval by the organiser.

Registration deadline

Registration deadline: February 28, 2025 (extended to March 15 upon request)

Registration prize discount

For registrations submitted by January 15, 2025, we offer a 5% discount on the respective stand space price.

Technical guidelines

The technical guidelines of Hamburg Messe und Congress must be observed for the choice of materials and stand safety.
